The breakfast was good and varied.

Finding the hotel was a nightmare. I spent 30 minutes wandering around because there were no clear signs from the bus station. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming, especially the male staff in the evening. Overall, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The breakfast buffet is a delightful affair, offering a fresh take each morning. Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful, turning my stay into a cozy getaway. Can't forget the prime location near the Gion district with loads of nearby restaurants—check out Katsukura for mouthwatering tonkatsu!

The coffee station on the ground floor missed out during breakfast time for those without a meal plan. Also, only one washing machine and dryer meant a bit of a wait. could use more for convenience.

I enjoyed my stay here for three nights. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, and the hotel felt very welcoming. I loved the free coffee and soft drinks available throughout the day.
